Insecure?

I was thinking are Sikh girls a little insecure and they needing a lot of reassurance or maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. I was trying to figure out why girls run of with idiot guys like Muslims who want to convert them.

Happened to a girl in my class who is going out with a Muslim when I talked to the bhenji she went all cold and stopped talking to me next day and now I'm enemy of the state. No joke !

A lot of the time the guy comes and asks a girl on a date and compliments her and she's all his she thinks she is in “love.” Unfortunately a lot of these girls later realize there mistake when its to late and then they live in regret. This happens more often then we would like to believe.

A lot of friction in the house is also due to insecurity and lack of respect we have for our parents which builds up tension and leads to rebellion.

I agree, its happened at my old secondary school as well. Its becoming a worse problem as time goes on and the best thing we can do is learn from this and think of a way to sort this out so it does keep happening for future generations.

I think one of the main problems is that some of the parents of the Sikh girls who do this are either very hipocritical (in the sence they tell there kids Sikhi is important yet don't themselves follow was guru ji teaches us)or they tell there kids to follow sikhi without expaining why.

I feel the solution to this is help the younger generation understand why sikhi is important, and then put love for our religion into the hearts via bani. Then there would be no chance of them doing such a thing.

Sant Baba Nand Singh Ji said that is you read a sukhmani sahib paat to small child each day then there is no way that they can get away for Guru Ji. This kind of method should be the way to sort this problem kind of out.
